Dismissal With Notice

This is a template letter for notifying a dismissal with notice.

You generally dismiss with notice when the dismissal is as a result of an escalation of warnings leading ultimately to a dismissal. You may decide that you no longer want the person in the business once you have made the decision to dismiss, but you would need to pay them in lieu of notice if you decided to do this.
