Lower Guaranteed hour’s contracts are for employees who don’t fit the definition of being a “casual employee” because they will be working on a regular basis, but the number of hours they work will flex up and down with demand.

These can be very useful for employees who are going to working pretty much every week, but some weeks it may be 30 hours, or some weeks it may be 40 hours.
